I forgot this even happened until I was sending someone an email.

A few weeks back I had gone to Maddie’s camp to watch her swim. Maddie’s summer swim instructor (Miss Kim) is Olivia’s instructor in the parent & child class.  Miss Kim said “Tell Olivia I said hello!”

When Maddie & I picked up Olivia from Diana’s I said “Olivia, guess who I saw today?”

Olivia’s response?

“TAYLOR HICKS!” (American Idol winner)

Maddie & I were hysterical!!!

It’s been a while since I posted so I wanted to give everyone a quick update on all of us.

Arnie

Arnie got a new job!  He accepted a new position in Windsor this past week.  He starts September 18 and we’re just thrilled to say the least. Room for growth in the company; Increase in pay;  and most importantly “REAL” benefits!

Tricia

I’m doing well. Still on the hunt for the right job for me. I’ve been BUSY interviewing but nothing perfect has come along yet. Please pray I find the right job soon.

Maddie

Maddie started FIRST grade last week.  She’s such a big girl now!  She’s loving her new teacher who I can’t say enough great things about.  She came down with a stomach bug on Friday night which she caught from Olivia.  Thankfully it was a 24 hour deal.

Maddie LOVED her last week at the “real” camp so we know for sure she’ll be heading to Camp Sloper next summer.

Maddie starts swimming class next week on Wednesday evenings.
Olivia

She is one BUSY little miss!  She had a stomach bug last week which she was kind enough to share with her sister.  She’s into EVERYTHING and can’t be left alone anymore. 5 minutes of quiet means she’s torn apart Maddie’s room or she’s into something else she shouldn’t be.
She’s the sweetest little miss!!!
